Joseph Garcia

Project Executive - Healthcare CHC, DBIA, LEED AP BD+C

Mr. Garcia brings over 30 years of construction management experience to the SR team, specifically in the healthcare market. After joining SR in 1999 as a Project Manager, Joe later earned roles as vice president and was appointed the president in 2005. His leadership abilities helped transition SR into an organization recognized for its innovative approach to the design-build process. Joe currently serves in the role of Project Executive – Healthcare, allowing him to continue with his passion for SR and improving project delivery and customer satisfaction within the construction industry.

As Project Executive, Joe’s responsibilities include project oversight and execution, client development,  leadership in LEAN learning, and teaching. Joe leads pre-construction, estimating, procurement, contract negotiation, scheduling, and project delivery through licensure and closeout for many of our key Healthcare clients. He is committed to continuous project improvement and wants to see the industry significantly improved before turning in his hard hat and safety glasses to pursue other endeavors.
