Bret Loughridge

In his role as President, Bret leads SR’s highly qualified team through all phases of construction on projects ranging up to $190 million in the healthcare, hospitality, and commercial office marketplace. He consistently meets clients’ needs exemplifying SR’s operational goals and philosophies. Bret provides oversight and direction of project management, field operations, and all office staff. He ensures that all company resources are managed and coordinated efficiently and professionally on all projects, within the budget and schedule. Bret develops and monitors performance targets for projects and staff to meet the quality, safety, resources, and schedule objectives and provides guidance to the project team and managers from project pre-construction to completion.

At SR Construction, Bret’s mission is to help improve design & construction project teams in their application, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects by utilizing design-build, lean tools, and alternative delivery systems in order to improve reliable project delivery, exceed owners expectations, create added value and provide meaningful and measurable improvements. He is involved in budgeting, scheduling and constructability reviews, trade contractor interviews, negotiations, risk management, procurement, and contract awards.
