SR Construction has started construction of the Centennial Hills Skilled Nursing Facility on 8565 W. Rome Blvd.
The new building broke ground on Jan. 25 and has an estimated completion date of early 2019.
The 42,327-square-foot project will hold 72 beds and offer continued care for patients transitioning from acute care to assisted living. The Centennial Hills Skilled Nursing Facility will use open floor plans that will bring natural light and views of the outdoors to the patients to create a comfortable and homelike atmosphere.
