On staff is a highly trained and experienced Safety Manager who leads an accomplished team of construction professionals. Our award-winning safety process demonstrates SR’s assurance to providing well-defined responsibilities, ongoing employee training, clear inspection procedures, and safe work practices and protocols.
To achieve our goal of a safe work site, SR Construction conducts a detailed risk evaluation of each project during pre-construction. We work closely with the selected trade partners to assure that skilled and knowledgeable personnel proceed with safety as the top priority.
A qualified safety professional is assigned to assist the project team on site to assure compliance will all local government regulations and other bylaws and codes. Additional resources of safety, including third party agencies that conduct unscheduled inspections, provides SR’s safety program with an increased level of excellence.
