SR Construction Breaks Ground on New Skilled Nursing Facility
Construction of the Sunrise Skilled Nursing Facility set to begin this month
Las Vegas – SR Construction recently held a groundbreaking for their upcoming healthcare project. The Sunrise Skilled Nursing Facility will consist of the ground-up construction of a single-story, wood framed building totaling 49,247 sq. ft. This new facility will be located at 4375 S. Eastern Ave, and the project is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2020.
“We are excited to start construction on this important project, as it will be a significant development for SR and the community,” said Robin Allen, project manager for SR Construction. “We look forward to working with our valued partner, Sunrise Healthcare, LLC., and providing them with an outstanding finished product.”
The Sunrise Skilled Nursing Facility will hold 83 patient beds, all accompanied by adjoining restrooms. It will also include a physical therapy area, administrative offices, recreation and dining spaces, and a full kitchen. With open floor plans that will offer plenty of natural light and views of the outdoors, a comfortable and home-like atmosphere will be provided to the patients.
