Henderson Hospital is growing, and it is a privilege to be the general contractor for this expansion project and future projects ahead. The 23,750 square-foot, $24 million expansion is Phase 1 of a larger project. Phase II will consist of constructing a $168 million, six-story patient tower, which will add approximately 150 beds to the hospital. A three-story parking structure is also a part of Phase II. A groundbreaking ceremony for the new patient tower will take place in the coming weeks. The 175,000 square-foot patient tower is slated to open in late 2021 and will bring Henderson Hospital’s total bed count to 320.
“SR Construction is proud to be the design-builder on this vital project for Henderson Hospital and the community. We are honored to work on another incredible project with our long-time partners, UHS, Inc and The Valley Health System.” – Scott Loughridge, CEO at SR Construction.
