SR Construction named General Contractor for the expansion project at Centennial Hills Hospital
Las Vegas – SR Construction was recently named General Contractor for an upcoming expansion project at Centennial Hills Hospital. SR will spearhead the build of the new five-story tower, which will expand the facility’s neonatal, PACU and adult intensive care units along with additional medical-surgical units.
“It is a privilege to be chosen as the General Contractor for this significant project,” said Peter Harvey, senior project manager at SR Construction. “We look forward to building upon our deep-rooted relationship with Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center and Valley Health System/Universal Health Services (UHS).”
The expansion will provide space for an additional 56 patient beds, bringing the hospital’s total to 318. The project is estimated to cost approximately $95 million. The design has already commenced and construction is set to begin this summer.
