Mr. Smedley is Chief Financial Officer at SR Construction and possesses over 35 years of financial operations and management experience in the construction industry. His acquired strengths lie in the areas of accounting, management, and finance. Jerry instills financial discipline and assists in performing ongoing economic analysis of the corporate business plan and works closely with corporate management to forecast the best way possible to guarantee the future of the company. He is instrumental in upholding company values and philosophies at all times.

Jerry manages all financial operations, cash flow, financial systems, and profitability for the company. He is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of SR’s company budget and operating controls and prepares financial statements following GAAP accounting principles. Jerry further initiates and preserves relationships with outside institutions such as banks, insurance companies, required accounting, and legal firms when necessary. Other duties include making profitability analysis on investments, analysis of capital assets acquisitions, and Real Estate development.
