Permitting Manager

In her role as Permit-Utility Expediter, Michelle works closely with senior management to coordinate and facilitate the project permitting/utility process. She creates a sophisticated in-house monitoring and tracking system that interfaces with each online governing authority for all projects throughout every phase of the construction process. Michelle is responsible for and leads the development, implementation and overall management of the SR’s quality process for all projects.

With 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Michelle brings a unique service to SR Construction and clients. She creates a seamless transition from the entitlement process, permitting phases to construction phases. Michelle prepares plans for permitting and manages the permitting process from planning, zoning, building and safety, and public works. She is responsible for all the online permit tracking systems, including online forms, submissions of plans and coordination of resubmission of corrections. Throughout the process, she schedules inspections and manages constant communication between all parties.
