UHS Henderson Hospital Emergency Department Expansion Groundbreaking
Henderson Hospital recently held a soft groundbreaking to celebrate the commencement of the Emergency Department (ED) & Observation Unit expansion project. This project consists of a new building shell expansion of the current ED and tenant improvement to finish the interiors. Upon completion, this will add (36) beds to Henderson Hospital’s ED which will optimize patient flow coming to the hospital. The response by those in attendance was overwhelmingly positive. The ceremony closed with a toast of sparkling apple cider, a terrific way to end the event. A big thanks to Sam Kaufman, CEO and Managing Director and Ryan Tingey, COO at Henderson Hospital for emceeing the groundbreaking and a very special thanks to the ED staff for their tremendous work! We’re so proud and excited to be a part of this vital project.
